Will I get a bonus card whether I purchase an e-Gift card or a physical gift card?
Yes! If you buy an e-gift card, you will receive a separate bonus card sent to your email, with its own card number. If you buy a physical card, a plastic bonus card will come alongside your gift card in the mail.
I ordered a physical gift card. When will I get it in the mail?
We ask for 5-7 business days for your gift cards to arrive in the mail via USPS. If your gift card has not arrived after 10 days, please contact us at [email protected].
I ordered a physical gift card, but don’t see a bonus card in my order confirmation.
Not to worry! Our gift card team fills all of our physical gift card orders in house, and bonus cards are manually added to all orders that meet the $50 purchase limit. You will receive it in the mail with your gift card!
Will my gift cards arrive in time for Christmas?
We guarantee all physical gift card orders placed before December 17 will arrive by Christmas. If you are concerned about timing, we strongly suggest ordering an e-Gift card, which you will receive automatically as an email and can print out!
When can I use my bonus cards?
Bonus cards are valid for use from December 26, 2024 through February 28, 2025.
Can I redeem multiple bonus cards at the same time?
Yes! There is no limit to the amount of bonus cards you can redeem within the same visit.
What if I want to purchase two $25 gift cards, for example, instead of one $50 gift card. Will I still earn a bonus card?
Yes! As long as your gift cards add up to $50, you’ll earn the $10 bonus card.
